As a Consultant within the SAP Analytics practice, you will join delivery teams to support client engagements centered on SAP's modern data and analytics platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, designing, implementing, and operationalizing integrated analytics ecosystems. Your daily responsibilities include driving end-to-end delivery, gathering complex business requirements, and performing data integration and federation strategies. You will build scalable analytics solutions, including data modeling, semantic layer design, and self-service BI frameworks. Key technologies include SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and the SAP Business AI Platform, with additional exposure to Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, and Snowflake. You will solve technical problems by integrating data from S/4HANA and third-party sources to activate business content and AI/ML pipelines across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR domains.
Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements including architecture design, configuration, and go-live.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, data models, and self-service BI frameworks.
Perform data integration and federation strategies within SAP Datasphere for various cloud and on-premise sources.
Design and validate SAP Analytics Cloud story and planning application architectures for performance and governance.
Guide clients through SAP Business Data Cloud adoption and integration with AI/ML pipelines.
Support business development by contributing to RFP responses, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
Develop practice assets, refine methodologies, and publish thought leadership on SAP analytics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP product roadmaps to provide client-relevant insights.
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP analytics, business intelligence, or data management consulting.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or related products.
Minimum of 2 years of working knowledge with the SAP Business AI Platform.
Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial, or HR/Workforce Analytics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
SAP certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BW/4HANA (preferred).
Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, SAP IBP, SAP Signavio, or Agile methodologies (preferred).
