What you'll do

Architect and lead the end-to-end technical design of AI agent solutions on Salesforce Agentforce.
Translate complex business requirements into reliable, governed, and production-grade agent architectures.
Develop grounding and prompt strategies using Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and RAG to control hallucinations.
Establish testing, evaluation, and accuracy tuning protocols using the Agentforce Testing Center.
Build monitoring systems and performance tracking to support user adoption and continuous improvement.
Create reusable actions, prompt templates, and frameworks to accelerate delivery across multiple use cases.
Lead technical client engagements to advise stakeholders on project feasibility and scope.
Manage complex Marketing Cloud development projects from initial conception through go-live and hypercare.

What we're looking for

Minimum 6 years of Salesforce Platform experience including hands-on Agentforce or Einstein AI delivery.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant Certification.
Bachelor's degree, or an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and REST/Platform Events integration.
Experience with Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Model Builder, and enterprise architecture patterns.
Proficiency with Git, JIRA, CI/CD, and modern Salesforce DevOps tools like SFDX.
