What you'll do

  • Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Own end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical architecture patterns and functional specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions to ensure best practices.
  • Demonstrate functional integration with business users through documentation and UAT testing.

What we're looking for

  • 8-12 years of experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, Data360, and Agentforce.
  • Proven experience in solution design and architecture for enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in both Build and Run projects (desirable).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams.
  • Implementation experience of Agentforce supporting business use cases.
