As a Senior Salesforce Engineer within the Application Development & Maintenance team, you will design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. You will own end-to-end solution designs for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations while ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Your daily responsibilities include developing technical architecture patterns, conducting code and design reviews, mentoring colleagues, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Apigee. The role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Pardot, Agentforce, Data360, and Apttus CLM. You will solve complex technical challenges within an enterprise-scale environment to support the organization's strategic goals by managing large projects that impact long-term business value through robust software systems and infrastructure.
Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Own end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architectural patterns.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of onshore and offshore resources.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure best practices.
Manage large-scale Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Agentforce modules.
What we're looking for
8-12 years of experience is required.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is required.
Proficiency in Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot, Agentforce, and Data360 is required.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP APIs is required.
Proven experience in solution design and architecture for enterprise-scale Salesforce environments is required.
Experience with middleware tools such as IIB, MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE, MFT, and Attunity is required.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide leadership to onshore/offshore teams is required.
