What you'll do

Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Own end-to-end solution design for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
Ensure optimized performance, scalability, and security of all solutions.
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams including contractors and FTEs.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

What we're looking for

Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Proven experience in solution design and architecture for enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs such as REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive adoption of best practices.
Strong technical background in large SFDC implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), and Apttus CLM.
