What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture and solution design for banking clients.
  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Build customer onboarding and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors.
  • Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, governance, and technical best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and architecture governance to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
  • Manage deployments and troubleshooting using Copado, Jira, and Confluence.

What we're looking for

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration architecture.
  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience with the ability to design scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
  • Experience with Copado deployments, Jira, Confluence, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience leading teams and providing technical solutions with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (preferred).
  • Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, or AI-powered customer engagement solutions (preferred).
