The RFIC Design Engineer joins the RFIC Design team to define, design, and develop complex radio frequency integrated circuits within sophisticated SoCs and discrete RFICs. This role involves performing radio signal path and circuit topology analysis alongside detailed transistor-level design of highly-integrated transceivers for wireless applications including 4G, 5G, 6G, WLAN, BT, and GPS standards using advanced process technologies. The engineer will utilize CADENCE, Virtuoso, or ADS to run simulations, contribute to architecture designs for specific blocks, and collaborate on floor-plan layouts while performing physical verification. Key responsibilities include writing test plans, debugging issues, and utilizing Neural Networks for circuit optimization. The role addresses the technical challenge of developing high-performance RF frequency synthesizers and receiver/transmitter circuits while ensuring all components meet rigorous processing requirements through advanced mathematical principles and engineering science.
Design and develop complex radio frequency integrated circuits for 4G, 5G, 6G, WLAN, BT, and GPS standards.
Perform radio signal path analysis and transistor-level design of high-integrated transceivers and associated blocks.
Run simulations to determine circuit performance under various conditions using tools like CADENCE, Virtuoso, or ADS.
Collaborate with layout engineers to floor-plan circuits and conduct physical verification on the layout.

Debug technical issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
Utilize Neural Networks for circuit optimization and analysis.
Create clear technical documentation and feature descriptions for assigned projects.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience designing RF/Analog circuits for wireless products or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
2+ years of academic or professional experience using two or more of the following software: CADENCE, Virtuoso, ADS.
3+ years of experience in transistor level design of RF analog integrated circuits with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
2+ years of experience in areas such as receiver/transmitter circuit design, frequency synthesizers, digital control, product commercialization, or EM simulation (preferred).
1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization (preferred).
