What you'll do

Drive radio KPIs including power, area, and performance to meet specific product requirements.
Design and deliver transceiver building blocks such as TX, RX, and PLL-LOGen for wireless products.
Develop RF and Analog loopbacks for circuit calibration and compensation.
Define block-level and high-level specifications for transmitter and receiver lineups.
Manage floorplan layout and verification to ensure successful tape-out of the design.
Correlate design measurements with silicon results to ensure compliance for volume production.
Design circuits to meet complex co-existence requirements in various wireless scenarios.

What we're looking for

BS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Deep understanding of analog design concepts including noise, linearity, mismatch, stability, and other impairments.
Experience in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, Matlab, and EM simulation tools like EMX or HFSS.
Direct experience crafting and bringing wireless transceivers into mass production using deep sub-micron RFCMOS technology.
Deep understanding of analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuit design including LNAs, PAs, PLL/VCO/DCO/LOGEN blocks, mixers, and data converters.
MSEE or PhD degree (preferred).
10+ years of RF/analog and mixed-signal design experience in groundbreaking RF CMOS design (preferred).
Familiarity with wireless SoC integration flows, silicon characterization, and production test methodologies (preferred).
