What you'll do

Architect, design, integrate, test, and optimize communications hardware across various platforms and systems.
Configure, simulate, evaluate, and test RF systems and datalinks.
Develop RF link budgets, co-site analysis, and desense reports.
Create detailed RF system interconnect diagrams.
Select and manage vendors for radios, RF components, cables, and antennas.
Participate in cross-disciplinary trade-off studies to optimize vehicle and system designs.
Provide technical support to other engineering teams regarding communication system impacts and trade-offs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of industry experience with hands-on RF systems design, build, test, and troubleshooting.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Experience using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and function generators.
Knowledge of aviation and tactical communication systems, including radio and antenna hardware.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Expertise in RF system modeling, simulation, link budgets, co-site analysis, and desense reports.
Experience with the electrical integration of avionics modules into C2 systems, UAVs, ground vehicles, and weapons systems.
