RF Electrical Engineer

What you'll do

• Design RF PCB schematics and layouts for mission-critical communication systems.
• Perform hands-on lab work to optimize and evaluate RF circuits using advanced test equipment.
• Design and evaluate components including front ends, filters, phase-locked loops, and power amplifiers.
• Utilize design automation tools such as Keysight ADS, Cadence, and Matlab for circuit development.
• Define electrical requirements, RF performance metrics, and component interfaces.
• Formulate and implement technical solutions to resolve complex engineering issues.
• Conduct technical reviews of peer work and evaluate vendor capabilities.
• Execute research and development activities including modeling, prototyping, and testing.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field.
• 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree plus 6 months relevant experience.
• Proficiency using electrical engineering CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design (preferred).
• Experience in test, troubleshooting, and reading circuit card schematics (preferred).
• Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing (preferred).
• Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation (preferred).
