What you'll do

Architect radio communication systems for military applications ensuring interoperability, security, and reliability.
Design RF signal processing systems and develop algorithms using MATLAB or Python.
Perform system modeling, simulation, and analysis of signals in L, C, and K spectrums.
Oversee the testing, validation, and evaluation of signal processing solutions against military standards.
Lead cross-functional teams through the full systems development life cycle for tactical radios and GPS solutions.
Provide technical expertise during system integration and field deployment phases.
Develop testing criteria and execute validation of complex signal processing designs.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field and 10+ years of job-related experience are required.
A Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience is an acceptable alternative for education and experience requirements.
Proficiency in signal processing algorithm development in MATLAB or Python is required.
Agile experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of military communication protocols, frequency allocation, and secure communications (preferred).
Experience with software-defined radio technologies and proficiency in RF design/simulation tools like MATLAB RF Toolbox (preferred).
