Senior RF Systems Integration & Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures, and plans for Electronic Warfare product lines.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems across RF hardware, firmware, and software layers.
• Design and implement automated tests to increase coverage and improve testing efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to identify root causes during integration and characterization.
• Analyze system telemetry and test data to validate fixes and ensure overall system reliability.
• Serve as a technical liaison to deploy integrated products for internal and customer-facing needs.
• Travel to support flight tests and field demonstrations in real-world operational environments.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
• Proficiency in Linux environments using command-line interfaces, shell scripts, and debugging utilities.
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for testing, integration, and demonstrations at remote sites.
• Must currently hold and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Experience with SDRs, EW systems, wireless protocols, military standards (MIL-STD), or Jira/Confluence (preferred).
