RF System Integration Engineer, Instrument Engineering

What you'll do

• Debug RF and analog measurement problems on the bench by isolating root causes across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Develop, maintain, and extend automated test and calibration software for RF instrumentation.
• Characterize RF systems using signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and power sensors.
• Support RF applications and bring-up from prototype stages through to mass production.
• Work directly with internal customers to define test requirements and provide hands-on technical support.
• Analyze RF measurement data and present actionable findings to cross-functional audiences.
• Improve test coverage and throughput by automating manual workflows and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop calibration methods and procedures to ensure test equipment remains accurate and traceable.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in RF, wireless, or test/measurement engineering.
• Strong RF fundamentals and ability to debug problems using signal generators, analyzers, VNAs, and power sensors.
• Proven experience developing automated test software from the ground up using Python and/or C++.
• Strong communication skills to work with internal customers and present technical findings to cross-functional audiences.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 15%.
• Experience with RF system calibration methods, procedures, and traceability.
• Knowledge of DSP, communications theory, and various wireless technologies like 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mmWave.
