This role requires expertise in wireless system design, signal processing, communication theory, OFDM systems, and analog/RF impairments, along with proficiency in tools like Matlab, Python, Shell scripting, and C/C++. Knowledge of 802.11 protocols and experience working across multi-radio coexistence environments are highly valued.

What you'll do

Drive the integration and performance optimization of Wi-Fi PHY and Radio Systems for pre-silicon and post-silicon stages.
Develop and integrate calibration algorithms such as TPC, AGC, TSSI, RSSI, and interference mitigation in RF systems.
Debug and resolve system performance issues across RF domains and digital PHY processing to ensure optimal wireless performance.
Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to ensure seamless integration of end-to-end features in wireless SoCs.
Characterize RF/PHY performance and implement solutions to maintain robust product quality throughout the development cycle.

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience in wireless system design, integration, and bring-up.
Strong fundamentals in signal processing, communication theory, OFDM systems, radio architectures, and analog/RF impairments.
Experience debugging and resolving issues across RF domains and digital PHY processing.
Collaborative work with cross-disciplinary teams including MAC, firmware, and hardware designers.
Characterization of RF/PHY performance to ensure robust product delivery.
Proficiency in lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
