RF Hardware Engineer - Multi-Radio Coexistence

What you'll do

• Assess and debug multi-radio coexistence issues through hardware experiments and failure analysis.
• Review and approve PCB layouts, flex designs, grounding, and shielding to ensure compliance with standards.
• Define and execute test plans for validation and characterization of multi-radio performance.
• Track validation status, analyze results, and communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with RF Test Engineers to develop test procedures and experimental setups for coexistence validation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in RF components and lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Knowledge of wireless architectures including front-end design, antenna sharing, and link budget analysis.
• Experience assessing and debugging multi-radio coexistence issues through hands-on hardware experiments and failure analysis.
• Ability to review and sign off on PCB layouts, flex layouts, system grounding, and shielding designs for multi-radio compatibility.
• Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams including RF Test Engineers in developing test procedures and mock-ups.
