RF Hardware Engineer - Multi-Radio Coexistence

What you'll do

• Assess and debug multi-radio coexistence issues through hands-on hardware experiments and failure analysis.
• Review and sign off on PCB layouts, flex designs, grounding, and shielding for multi-radio compatibility.
• Define and execute validation test plans, track results, and communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with RF Test Engineers to develop test procedures and experimental setups for coexistence validation.
• Evaluate hardware change requests, update characterization plans, and identify potential coexistence risks or trade-offs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree with experience in at least one wireless technology (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
• Proficiency with RF lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Knowledge of wireless architectures including front-end design and antenna sharing.
• Experience defining RF/wireless system-level requirements for chipset teams.
• Hands-on hardware debugging skills at the module or system level.
• Expertise in electromagnetic interference mitigation techniques.
