Senior RF Engineer, Coexistence & Desense

What you'll do

• Measure and characterize receiver sensitivity degradation caused by internal and external interference sources.
• Perform conducted and over-the-air (OTA) RF testing for cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GNSS.
• Develop, execute, and document test plans for RF coexistence and antenna isolation measurements.
• Diagnose interference issues originating from processors, memory devices, power converters, and communication interfaces.
• Review PCB layouts and hardware designs to identify potential RF interference risks.
• Recommend and validate mitigation strategies including shielding, filtering, decoupling, and antenna tuning.
• Support compliance and regulatory testing activities including FCC, CE, and OEM requirements.
• Document test procedures, findings, and technical recommendations to improve internal RF validation methodologies.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in RF engineering, RF validation, or wireless systems development.
• Hands-on experience performing RF testing, troubleshooting, or desense analysis.
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, wireless communication systems, and interference mechanisms.
• Experience using spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and near-field probes.
• Familiarity with OTA testing and RF performance validation.
• Exposure to RF simulation and modeling tools such as CST Studio Suite, HFSS, or FEKO.
• Experience with automotive wireless systems, consumer electronics, or PCB layout review (preferred).
