Senior RF Engineer

What you'll do

• Generate schematics for RF, analog, power circuits, interface logic, and sensors.
• Create hardware designs focusing on discrete RF circuits, PAs, LNAs, and backends.
• Develop RF front ends operating from sub-GHz frequencies up to mmWave.
• Simulate circuit performance using tools such as ADS, CST, and Spice.
• Perform RF lineup calculations for both receiver and transmitter performance metrics.
• Optimize circuits for minimal current drain to maximize battery life.
• Implement analog circuits including A/D and D/A converters, power supplies, and voltage regulators.
• Use schematic and layout tools for PCB routing, high-speed interfaces, and impedance matching.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Master's Degree is preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• At least 5 years of RF Circuit design experience is required.
• Experience in discrete RF circuit design including amplifiers, transmitters, receivers, and synthesizers is required.
• Proficiency with RF simulation tools such as ADS, MATLAB, HFSS, CST, or PSPICE is required.
• Knowledge of lab automation using Python or LabView is required.
• Experience with schematic capture and layout tools like Cadence Allegro is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required for interacting with customers and multi-disciplinary teams.
