You will navigate the web application development lifecycle while translating business requirements into technical deliverables. Essential skills include expertise in Azure cloud services, vendor management via Statements of Work, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve competing priorities across engineering, product, and marketing teams to support retail infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end health, roadmap, and delivery of partner-facing platforms like ExpertZone and Retail Engagement Platform.
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into clear technical deliverables for engineering teams.
  • Manage a bench of external engineering suppliers including SOWs, performance management, and quality control.
  • Drive platform security, compliance, and operational reliability within an Azure-based development environment.
  • Develop and prioritize long-term product roadmaps based on customer impact and technical feasibility.
  • Resolve competing priorities and align diverse stakeholder groups across marketing, engineering, and operations.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior executive leadership.
  • Oversee vendor delivery execution, budget management, and resource planning for development projects.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical program management or platform ownership bridging business and engineering delivery (preferred).
  • Strong technical capability with Azure, cloud platforms, and web application development lifecycle (preferred).
  • Experience owning and driving a product roadmap from requirements through implementation and delivery (preferred).
  • Experience managing external engineering vendors, including SOWs, performance management, and cost management (preferred).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to translate business requirements into technical deliverables (preferred).
  • Ability to engage and influence senior leaders with strong executive presence (preferred).
