What you'll do

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for technology solutions.

Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain momentum.
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Apply analytical reasoning to assess program performance and implement data-driven optimizations for efficiency.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance while ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
Integrate new technologies and processes into existing systems to ensure seamless implementation.
Monitor project progress and provide regular, data-driven status updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations while following data sensitivity requirements.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Technical fluency including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
Proficiency in applying analytical reasoning to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities with resilience and flexibility.
