Key skills include technical fluency in generative AI, LLMOps, and MLOps. You will collaborate across legal, cybersecurity, and data science teams to manage third-party solutions and embedded agentic capabilities within a highly regulated biotechnology environment.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement governance frameworks for agentic AI across enterprise platforms and third-party solutions.
  • Translate regulatory requirements and Responsible AI policies into actionable technical controls and operational processes.
  • Define specific safeguards such as access controls, human oversight, logging, and incident escalation protocols.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies and regulations to update internal standards and risk management frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain policy documentation, playbooks, and procedures to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Create communication materials for leadership and cross-functional groups to report on risks and governance outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • A Doctorate or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in AI/ML product development, MLOps, data science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in AI/ML product development, MLOps, data science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • An Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience in AI/ML product development, MLOps, data science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • A high school diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in AI/ML product development, MLOps, data science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML, generative AI, or agentic AI systems including model behavior, logging, telemetry, and API access controls.
  • Strong understanding of AI risks and governance considerations such as human oversight, transparency, privacy, and bias mitigation.
  • Familiarity with AI regulatory, policy, or standards developments like the EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, legal, compliance, risk, cybersecurity, and data science teams to influence stakeholders.
