  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Responsible AI R&D team.
  • Apply theoretical expertise and cutting-edge research to develop new AI technologies and tools.
  • Optimize existing AI systems for improved performance and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Develop organizational policies, guidelines, and best practices for Responsible AI.
  • Design technical training programs for traditional and generative AI applications.
  • Contribute to internal and external publications as a writer, speaker, or panelist at conferences.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Must have 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
  • Must have 5 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models using Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with programming languages including Python, R, or Java.
  • Must have 5 years of experience utilizing AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Must have 5 years of experience with big data tools like Hadoop and Spark, and database systems like Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • Must have 5 years of experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time.
