Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence

What you'll do

• Sets direction for AI projects, choosing appropriate approaches from classical ML to fine-tuned language models.
• Partners with architects on technical roadmap, ensuring secure, observable, scalable AI systems in cloud-native environments.
• Oversees design, training, deployment, and quality measurement of AI models and agentic experiences.
• Drives continuous improvement in engineering and MLOps processes, upholding coding and use standards throughout development.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI into production, collaborating with platform, product, and security operations teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• Four years of experience leading technical teams or delivering AI/ML systems to production at scale.
• Strong expertise in the production delivery of Generative AI and machine learning systems.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and LLM integration for scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-native data services and MLOps processes for model deployment.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams on ambiguous, high-impact initiatives.
• Tenacity and can-do attitude in driving complex AI projects from concept to completion.
