Research Scientist, AI Foundations

What you'll do

• Develop innovative AI approaches using rigorous and quantitative methods to solve complex analytical problems.
• Conduct research on frontier topics like long-horizon memory for self-evolving models and quantum computing applications.
• Design and conduct experiments to demonstrate algorithm properties and evaluate their impact on user experiences.
• Integrate research algorithms into usable systems to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals such as NeurIPS, CVPR, and ICML.
• Develop and implement large language models and multimodal models for enterprise use cases.
• Build AI memory models and systems for long-horizon reasoning or self-evolving agents.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A Doctorate degree is preferred.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience with large language and multimodal models.
• Candidates must possess solid knowledge in transformer models and statistical inference.
• Strong programming skills are required.
• Experience building AI memory models and systems for long-horizon reasoning or self-evolving agents is preferred.
• Candidates should have a track record of publications in top-tier AI conferences like NeurIPS, CVPR, and ICML.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and engineering excellence are required.
