Reporting Specialist, State Data

What you'll do

• Review state and tribal child support reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify data discrepancies and performance trends to provide recommendations for resolving reporting risks.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical tools to support oversight and decision-making.
• Provide data-driven technical assistance to grantees to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Validate national child support statistics and manage calculations for program performance metrics.
• Support the development, testing, and validation of reports within the AWS-based Data Analytics platform.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and statistical research to support budget control processes.
• Provide end-user training and technical guidance on federal reporting requirements and data systems.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience supporting Child Support agencies.
• Experience with federal grants, program oversight, or child support enforcement programs is required.
• Experience analyzing financial, operational, or performance data is required.
• Familiarity with federal reporting environments and compliance review processes is required.
• Experience working with state or federal program reporting systems is required.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau or Amazon QuickSight is required.
• Experience developing dashboards and visualizations is required.
