Provisioning Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage provisioning and inventory control activities to balance supply with demand across warehouse operations.
• Forecast material requirements and coordinate replenishment activities to minimize shortages and excess inventory.
• Track and reconcile inventory transactions within ERP systems to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain supplier relationships to ensure material availability, on-time delivery, and performance objectives.
• Analyze inventory trends and key performance metrics to identify risks and support decision-making.
• Execute government property management tasks including audits, physical inventories, and compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, parts lists, and technical data packages.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce overall operating costs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or no degree and 8 years of experience are required.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for the first 9 months and 25% thereafter is required.
• 4 years of experience in inventory forecasting, warehouse processes, supplier performance management, and Government Property Management is required.
• 4 years of experience supporting property audits and ensuring asset traceability is required.
• Ability to read engineering documentation, use ERP systems like SAIL, and perform data analysis are preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, ITAR, NAVSUP P-485, and NATO Codification is preferred.
