Repair Technician

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain engineer tooling and equipment to restore them to full functional condition.
• Perform calibration services and coordinate with third-party providers for tool certification.
• Maintain accurate repair logs and documentation in compliance with ISO and regional standards.
• Manage inventory, track assets, and perform data entry within warehouse and cleanroom environments.
• Execute Kaizen and LEAN initiatives to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and technical repair documentation.
• Support supply chain operations by meeting specific turnaround times for tool repairs and returns.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma is required.
• An Associate degree, technical certification, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in repair, maintenance, assembly, calibration, or hands-on technical work is preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, warehouse environments, or SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI is required.
• Candidates must be authorized to access controlled technology under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
• Work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
