The ideal candidate possesses expertise in program management, strategic planning, decision making, and problem management. They must be able to navigate complex programs involving multiple technical domains and suppliers. This role addresses the challenge of managing large-scale infrastructure and software systems that integrate physical machines with digital intelligence, specifically focusing on developing advanced construction autonomy and intelligent machine systems within a massive data foundation.

What you'll do

Lead integrated release planning and maintain a reconciled execution plan across multiple mission teams.
Manage cross-mission and cross-organization dependency flows including tracking suppliers, consumers, and impact assessments.
Operate critical path management by monitoring baselines, forecasts, and recovery triggers.
Run cross-team execution cadences to turn risks and impediments into accountable follow-through.
Coordinate release and milestone readiness by managing entry/exit criteria and Go/No-Go preparations.
Manage change-control processes to ensure material changes are evaluated, dispositioned, and communicated.
Reconcile execution data across Azure DevOps and other reporting products to ensure high data quality.
Provide executive transparency regarding critical-path threats, dependency impacts, and required decisions.

What we're looking for

Knowledge of practices used to plan, organize, monitor, and control a set of related projects and technical work.
Ability to distinguish facts from assumptions and drive timely, informed decisions.
Ability to translate objectives into an integrated, executable plan with credible sequencing and recovery paths.
Knowledge of processes for identifying, evaluating, approving, monitoring, communicating, and documenting changes.
Ability to align diverse stakeholders and influence without relying on direct authority.
Ability to monitor execution health and communicate decision-relevant status to technical and leadership audiences.
Ability to perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution for systemic impediments.
Experience integrating complex programs across multiple teams or domains (preferred); experience with Azure DevOps (preferred).
