What you'll do

Translate high-level business objectives into actionable, prioritized roadmaps and clear value delivery expectations.
Lead Lean-Agile planning events and PI Planning to coordinate execution across multiple teams.
Identify and mitigate program-level risks while managing cross-team dependencies and sequencing constraints.
Remove delivery obstacles and use flow signals to address bottlenecks and improve end-to-end delivery flow.
Establish a consistent program cadence for synchronization, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
Use tools like Azure DevOps and Power BI to provide real-time insights into program performance and KPIs.
Mentor teams in Lean principles to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Coordinate between technology and business units to ensure alignment on shared outcomes and priorities.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an agile practitioner in Product Management, Release Train Engineering, Portfolio Management, or Program Management.
Expertise in using Scrum, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Strong track record of implementing agile techniques in various work cultures and environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
Experience managing projects utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies.
A strong understanding of the technology development and delivery processes (preferred).
Ability to identify and analyze organizational impacts for internal stakeholders affected by new initiatives (preferred).
