What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and delivery of responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
Architect and implement micro-frontend solutions to ensure modularity and scalability across enterprise platforms.
Build and maintain a library of reusable UI components to drive consistency across projects.
Translate wireframes and product requirements from designers into high-quality, production-ready code.
Create rapid prototypes for new features to gather user feedback and iterate before full-scale development.
Mentor and coach junior developers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Review and debug code to ensure adherence to standards for quality, accessibility, and performance.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 8+ years of applied experience.
8+ years of hands-on UI development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Proven experience architecting and implementing micro-frontend solutions.
Track record of building and maintaining reusable UI component libraries.
Experience with modern design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Proficiency with state management, RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and automated testing frameworks.
Strong communication skills to mentor junior developers and collaborate across teams.
