What you'll do

Develop and maintain high-quality production code in Java, React, and TypeScript.
Design and implement secure, scalable software solutions for complex technical problems.
Drive the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Develop and operate reliable, safe-by-design AI agents integrated with enterprise systems.
Lead technical evaluations of architectural designs and vendor technologies for integration into existing systems.
Establish and enforce engineering standards for secure coding, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve system operational stability.
Lead communities of practice to promote the use of emerging technologies across software engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Senior lead full-stack engineering experience owning delivery across UI, services, integrations, and production support.
Advanced proficiency in React for architecture and reusable components, Java for backend engineering, and JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
Experience developing and operating AI agents with a focus on reliability, observability, and safety-by-design.
Demonstrated technical leadership in driving design decisions, mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and setting engineering standards.
Proven track record of driving engineering standards, testing strategies, and release governance within an Agile setup.
Strong knowledge of secure SDLC, cybersecurity practices, and CI/CD automation pipelines.
Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, prompt orchestration, and evaluation strategies (preferred).
Production experience with containers, Kubernetes, feature flags, and performance tuning patterns (preferred).
