Full Stack React/Java Lead Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and review secure, high-quality production code using Java, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and develop AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems while ensuring reliability and safety-by-design.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for code review, refactoring, and testing.
• Lead technical design decisions, set engineering standards, and mentor engineers to unblock delivery.
• Identify and automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.
• Manage the full software development life cycle including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and secure coding practices.
• Lead communities of practice to promote the use of leading-edge technologies across the organization.

What we're looking for

• Senior Lead full-stack engineering experience owning delivery across UI, services, integrations, and production support.
• Advanced proficiency in React (architecture, performance, reusable components), Java (API design, service patterns), and JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Proven track record of technical leadership, including driving design decisions, mentoring engineers, and leading code reviews.
• Experience developing and operating AI agents with a focus on reliability, observability, and safety-by-design.
• Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and coaching engineers on responsible AI use.
• Proven delivery in an Agile setup with clear ownership of code quality and testing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of secure SDLC, cybersecurity practices, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with LLMs/agent frameworks, containers/Kubernetes, and performance tuning patterns (preferred).
