As an R&D Hardware Engineer, you will join an interdisciplinary team to design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products. You will own all aspects of electrical hardware design under a One Person One Board development culture, managing the cradle to grave lifecycle from BOM creation and vendor negotiation to circuit design, development, and validation. Your daily work involves addressing power and thermal issues for PCBs with 1kW+ footprints and managing high-speed, high-density signaling with SerDes rates of 112G to 224G. You will utilize precision scopes, analyzers, and validation tools while working with large high-powered SOCs based on advanced 2D, 2.5D, and 3D memory packaging technologies. This role requires collaborating with ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing engineers to solve complex hardware problems.
