As an R&D Staff Hardware Engineer, you will join an interdisciplinary team to design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products. Operating under a One Person One Board culture, you will own the entire lifecycle of electrical hardware design, including BOM creation, vendor negotiation, circuit and board design, development, validation, and ongoing product sustaining for field issues. You will work with ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing engineers to solve complex problems involving high-powered SOCs based on advanced 2D, 2.5D, and 3D memory packaging technologies. Your daily work involves managing power and thermal issues for PCBs with 1kW+ footprints and handling high-speed, high-density signaling with SerDes rates of 112G+. You will utilize precision scopes, analyzers, and various development tools to ensure product quality across the full cradle to grave lifecycle.
