As a Principal Hardware Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for a design team developing ultra-high-performance electronic products. You will own all aspects of electrical hardware design, including BOM creation, vendor negotiations, circuit and board design, and the development and validation of a product range. Your role involves cradle-to-grave lifecycle ownership, including customer trials and product sustaining. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing engineers. Key technical requirements include experience with PCB board layout and the placement of large high-powered SOCs based on advanced silicon and packaging process technologies, including 2D, 2.5D, and 2.5D with 3D memories. You must demonstrate experience in cross-functional product development from inception to volume production.
