As an R&D Hardware Engineer, you will join an interdisciplinary team to design, develop, and deliver ultra high-performance electronic products. Operating within a "One Person One Board" culture, you will own the entire lifecycle of electrical hardware design, including BOM creation, vendor negotiation, circuit and board design, development, validation, and ongoing product sustaining for field issues. You will work with colleagues in ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing departments to solve complex engineering challenges. The role requires expertise in high-powered SOCs using advanced 2D, 2.5D, and 3D memory packaging technologies. You must be proficient with precision scopes, analyzers, and validation tools while managing power and thermal issues for PCBs with 1kW+ footprints. Technical requirements include experience with high-density signaling and SerDes rates ranging from 112G to 224G.
