What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists.
  • Define and execute the process integration strategy for next-generation quantum processors.
  • Develop, integrate, and scale complex fabrication processes in a production environment.
  • Lead cross-functional programs across research, development, and manufacturing organizations.
  • Drive technical decision-making and resource allocation to meet performance, yield, and scalability targets.
  • Identify and implement innovative process solutions to improve qubit performance and manufacturability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to influence technical direction and mentor staff.
  • Communicate results through patents, publications, and executive-level technical reviews.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Doctorate degree (preferred).
  • Proven technical leadership in material and process engineering specifically related to Qubit Processor manufacturing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and program management.
  • Expertise in advanced semiconductor and quantum processor manufacturing, including scaling complex fabrication processes in production environments.
  • Deep understanding of quantum device fabrication, process integration, manufacturing variability, and yield optimization.
