QA Engineer Lead, Financial Systems

What you'll do

• Design and execute comprehensive data quality testing strategies for ETL, Big Data, and data-intensive applications.
• Plan testing activities including work effort estimation, test case creation, and identifying environment and data requirements.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure data integrity across financial systems.
• Perform defect creation, triage, and resolution while reporting regular test status updates.
• Analyze test outcomes using analytical and cognitive techniques to drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop optimized test scenarios based on a deep understanding of complex business requirements.
• Validate data migrations and manage testing for BAO and MDM systems.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Core Banking Systems (FIS) including deposits, lending, general ledger, and ACH/payments.
• Experience designing and executing data quality testing strategies for ETL, Big Data, and data-intensive applications.
• Experience developing a deep understanding of business requirements to design optimized test scenarios.
• Experience planning and executing testing activities, estimating work efforts, and creating test cases.
• Experience utilizing manual and automation solutions for test execution, defect triage, and result analysis.
• Experience with analytical and cognitive techniques and tools for data quality testing.
• Knowledge of data migration projects, BAO, MDM systems, and advanced analytics (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
