What you'll do

  • Drive testing and automation across multiple platforms, specifically for the AML Transaction Monitoring suite.

  • Create test scenarios and implement cases that serve as acceptance criteria for new features.
  • Execute test suites and research errors alongside development and quality assurance teams.

  • Improve testing processes by implementing new tools, strategies, and automation techniques.
  • Perform ETL, Data Warehouse, and Web UI testing using Python, PySpark, and SQL.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with concentration in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing.
  • At least two years of experience in Python-based automation development.
  • Hands-on experience in ETL, DWH, and Web UI testing using Python.
  • Proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, SQL (analytical functions/complex queries), and Entity Resolution.
  • Experience in the financial domain, specifically with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of STLC processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA.
  • Proven ability to work with geographically distributed teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
