QA Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement software programming applications for target systems using agile methods.
• Acquire client requirements to resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
• Write source code for new applications and enhance existing code samples.
• Utilize automated testing tools to perform system testing and maintenance.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure software quality and adherence to requirements.
• Perform internal verification and validation (V&V) for heavy equipment products.
• Integrate technical aspects of software products into the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• A relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a technical field such as Software Testing, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of software development tools and activities to produce products in line with requirements.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and structured methodologies for managing new or enhanced products.
• Ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality at all stages of the system life cycle.
• Ability to design, configure, and integrate technical aspects of software products.
• Experience creating test automation (preferred).
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering or the Civil Construction industry (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an analytical approach.
