What you'll do

Drive supplier quality development processes through design reviews and testing.
Develop functional test and performance validation processes for critical COTS/MOTS parts.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver predictable supply and manage technical issues.
Analyze key characteristics, develop measurement systems, and conduct supplier qualification activities.
Resolve fitment issues and ensure alignment of supplier processes to design requirements.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience in a highly regulated production environment.
Experience with electro-mechanical assembly, micro-electronics, and mechanical assembly processes.
Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001-based Quality Management System requirements.
Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies and First Article Inspection to AS9102 Industry Standard.
Expertise in quality improvement techniques such as 5 whys, 8D, Fishbone diagram, Shainin Red X.
Active or former IPC 610, IPC 620 certification preferred.
Preferred certifications include CQE, CSSBB, CQA, and CQM.
