What you'll do

Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure organizational compliance and audit readiness.
Build processes that balance compliance rigor with operational execution speed.
Establish program structure, milestones, and operating rhythms for accountability.
Define and track metrics measuring compliance health, process adoption, and risk.
Develop scalable frameworks enabling the organization to grow without losing control.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, program management, or compliance in a regulated industry.
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex operational issues in ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy and drive results without formal authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
Experience building processes in high-growth or scaling environments preferred.
