Program Manager, Quality Data & Testing Lead, Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Act as the primary subject matter authority for data privacy solutions across legal, engineering, and business teams.
• Translate complex regulatory and legal requirements into actionable system requirements and process flows.
• Lead cross-functional impact assessments and summarize results to drive project closure.
• Integrate business needs with future systems architecture, operating model design, and change management planning.
• Drive alignment across multiple teams on program scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strict control over project timelines and cross-program dependencies in a high-stakes environment.
• Develop and execute an end-to-end testing strategy to ensure quality and speed of delivery.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cross-functional program or portfolio management within a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment.
• Experience in data privacy regulations such as GDPR, PIPL, and CCPA.
• Experience in supply chain operations including Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory Management, and Reverse Logistics.
• Ability to create and drive end-to-end test strategy with a focus on quality, efficiency, and speed of delivery (preferred).
• 7+ years managing system integration testing or user acceptance testing for complex, highly integrated programs (preferred).
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations integrating business transformation with systems architecture and operating model design (preferred).
• PMI/PMP certification preferred; Certified Scrum Master preferred.
