Manage privacy programs to ensure compliance with global regulations like GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPL.
Provide strategic privacy guidance for products, services, AI/ML solutions, and digital platforms throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct and facilitate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to mitigate risks.
Integrate privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles into product engineering and data governance workflows.
Translate complex legal and policy requirements into actionable technical specifications for business teams.
Develop and maintain privacy standards, training materials, playbooks, and operational procedures.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report program KPIs to executive leadership.
Evaluate new technologies and innovative solutions from a privacy and compliance perspective.
What we're looking for
A four-year or Graduate Degree in Law, Public Policy, Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Governance, or a related discipline.
Typically 5-8 years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, data governance, product management, program management, or a related field.
Experience supporting software, cloud, digital services, data transfers, AI/ML products, or technology organizations.
