As a Solutions Lead, Regulatory Projects, BPR: Supply Chain, you will join the Business Process Re-engineering team to lead the definition, development, and deployment of technical solutions across operations, retail, and AppleCare functions. You will manage complex, large-scale projects involving global teams to ensure systems meet regulatory requirements while integrating business needs with future architectures. Your daily work involves translating complex data privacy regulations into actionable system and process requirements for engineering teams and managing scope, timelines, and dependencies within a complex landscape of local and global systems. The role requires expertise in enterprise software, integration, and data management technologies including Cloud Computing, API Web-services, and AI data platforms. You will solve critical challenges regarding retail fulfillment, marketplace systems, and the transition to next-generation integrated operations models while navigating non-negotiable regulatory deadlines.
Manage large-scale regulatory programs involving multiple global and regional teams to meet urgent deadlines.
Align worldwide and regional teams with data privacy compliance programs across various internal departments.
Serve as the primary liaison between project management offices and retail business stakeholders to resolve scope ambiguity.
Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into actionable system and process specifications for engineering teams.
Maintain strict control over project scope, timelines, and cross-program dependencies within a complex systems landscape.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree required in Business, Information Systems, Law, or a related field.
Master's degree required in Business, Information Systems, Law, or a related field (preferred).
10+ years of experience in cross-functional program or portfolio management within a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment.
5+ years of experience with data privacy regulations.
5+ years of experience with enterprise software, integration, and data management technologies like Cloud Computing, API Web-services, and AI data platforms.
5+ years of experience with retail operations processes including online fulfillment, point-of-sale, customer support, and logistics.
Experience integrating business transformation with systems architecture, operating model design, and organizational change management (preferred).
Exceptional communication skills for synthesizing complex information for senior leadership audiences (preferred).
