What we're looking for
Must have 5+ years of experience managing complex defense technology programs for delivery to customers on contract.
Must have direct experience with airborne systems including flight qualification, platform integration, DO-178/DO-254, airworthiness, or flight test coordination.
Must have a track record of managing programs involving combined hardware, software, and firmware deliverables in defense or aerospace environments.
Must have experience serving as the primary interface with DoD program offices or platform integrators.
Must be able to engage in technical discussions regarding RF, embedded systems, or signal processing without translation.
Must demonstrate the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget simultaneously.
Must have experience working directly with software and hardware engineering teams.
Must possess an active U.S. Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
