What you'll do

Define the technical vision and strategy for the entire Electromagnetic Warfare business line.
Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from initial concept to mass production.
Lead a team of chief engineers and systems engineers to deliver integrated capabilities to the joint force.
Collaborate with leadership to influence internal investments, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic program capture.
Establish and manage internal engineering processes including design reviews, technical readiness, and change control.
Partner with customers across various levels of government to identify mission needs and iterate on solutions.
Mentor and scale a high-performing team to execute complex programs on accelerated timelines.

What we're looking for

Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Requires 10+ years of experience developing integrated RF solutions for the US Department of War and Intelligence Community across multiple domains.
Experience designing, developing, and testing hardware with FPGA, ARM, x86, and GPU compute architecture is required.
Must have a deep understanding of ESM and ECM architecture, including DSP, modeling, simulation, and RF/EE/Antenna design.
Required experience leading and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
Experience executing technical milestones such as Concept Review, SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR is required.
A Master's or PhD degree in Hardware or Software Engineering disciplines is preferred.
Preferred experience includes cUAS, MM-ECM, airborne countermeasures, and producing RF systems at scale.
