What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for USMC accounts regarding Voyager product inquiries and operational support.
  • Translate customer mission requirements into technical specifications and actionable feedback for internal engineering teams.
  • Manage day-to-day client operations including troubleshooting, logistics coordination, and resolution of urgent technical issues.
  • Drive product adoption and growth by identifying expansion opportunities and conducting technical demonstrations for military leadership.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for product training sessions, field support visits, and hardware deployments.
  • Monitor usage data and operational status of deployed systems to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Manage contract lifecycle activities including processing orders for parts, tracking upgrades, and facilitating contract renewals.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account metrics, revenue targets, and program milestones to internal leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in program management and product deployment roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in complex, fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
  • Secret Clearance or above required.
  • Prior military experience in an operational or procurement role related to computing and communications systems (preferred).
  • Experience in Defense Technology Product/Program Management, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success roles (preferred); familiarity with the United States Marine Corps (preferred).
