What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of program initiatives from initial planning through final delivery.
  • Define technical paths for success by identifying engineering needs and validating product outcomes with customers.
  • Translate customer mission challenges into actionable requirements for the internal engineering teams.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments including logistics, finance, legal, and manufacturing to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Develop and communicate sprint plans, execution roadmaps, and technical documentation for both internal and external partners.
  • Manage program budgets and schedules while ensuring all contractual requirements are satisfied.
  • Build trust-based partnerships with customers to identify future opportunities and drive commercial growth.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience working in a DoD environment and within small teams.
  • Experience with communication systems or software defined radios.
  • Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing teams of engineers.
  • Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
