Senior Technical Program Manager, Connected Warfare

What you'll do

• Manage test planning, execution, and reporting for the Next Generation Command Control and other Connected Warfare products.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of software and test engineers through system integration and acceptance tests.
• Define robust verification protocols using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant methodologies.
• Oversee Test Readiness Reviews, manage test incidents, and track deficiencies across cross-functional teams.
• Supervise data analysis of system performance and mission outcomes in both lab and field settings.
• Establish and monitor measurable test coverage metrics to ensure traceability from requirements to validation.
• Represent the program at customer reviews, readiness boards, and milestone decision points.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
• 8+ years of experience in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.
• Proven leadership with test teams of at least 5 engineers or technicians and management of multi-site campaigns.
• Experience executing both developmental and operational test events in lab and field settings.
• Expertise in requirements development, test planning, verification, validation, and Jira management.
• Experience with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in a DoD environment.
• Familiarity with industry and DoD test processes including MIL-STD protocols.
