What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of seven years of program management, product management, technical project management, or related experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs while handling competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, scorecards, and data-driven program insights for business decisions.
Demonstrated ability to establish scalable governance frameworks, operating cadences, and standardized program management processes.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU deployments, cloud infrastructure, data center operations, networking, observability, or large-scale distributed systems (preferred).
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
