Program Manager III

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end execution of AI infrastructure and GPU delivery programs from planning through operational handoff.
• Lead program roadmaps, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks, readiness assessments, and cross-functional operating mechanisms to drive accountability.
• Monitor GPU fleet health, deployment status, availability, and reliability across various AI platforms.
• Resolve cross-organizational blockers and manage escalations to ensure project completion.
• Lead operational readiness activities including change management, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs covering program health, financial status, and operational performance.
• Create scalable program frameworks, runbooks, and playbooks to enable repeatable execution processes.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of combined experience in project management, data analysis, and direct business experience within a specialized function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams (preferred).
• Experience building and managing program reporting tools, including scorecards and KPI metrics (preferred).
• Expert-level Excel skills, including dynamic pivot reports and data visualization (preferred).
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data visualization and interpretation (preferred).
• Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide holistic business insights (preferred).
