What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure, engineering operations, or a related field.
Experience leading complex technical programs across multiple engineering or operational teams.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, security, reliability, or distributed systems.
Ability to understand technical designs, dependencies, and tradeoffs and translate them into actionable program plans.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, risks, and cross-organizational dependencies.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
Strong written, verbal, and senior-leadership communication skills.
